Contrary to everyones opinion on you tube, Water was not being thrown due to Firefighters still inside trying to make an attack on the 3rd floor.  You can see flashlights working on the second floor, we will not set up master streams until everyone is out.  14's Engine and Ladder, 5's Engine and 22's Truck and Engine crew were making an agressive attack and search efforts when the Chief ordered everyone out due to structural collapse on the 3rd floor.  The Apartment was cut up inside with nothing but stud walls on each floor.  (kind of like FD Training Network, without the wires)  This fire is still under investigation and was determined to be set in several locations.  Crews were pulled out and defensive attack was successful, no injuries on this fire.
